I began my dancing lessons at age six, with dreams of becoming a ballerina, dancing on my toes, in a beautiful tutu. When asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I always said...a dancer, a teacher and a mom...and
all my dreams came true for me!
My performing was gradually replaced through the years with teaching and now, I'm proud to say, I have been teaching for over 40 years and had the privilege to touch literally thousands of children's lives with dance. Former students now bring me their precious children to teach! What a testimony to the wonderful memories dance creates for us.
After all these years, I'm still passionate about sharing my love of dance and joy of movement with young ones. The smiles and love they give in return keep me young at heart!
Mrs Kat's Husband, Mr. Phil
Mr. Phil's contributions to our program are unending! Besides being a creative inspiration and sounding board for Mrs. Kat, He is a professional actor and musician, music editor, graphic designer, photographer, Apple technology expert and the person who helps us find the laughter in all things! Together, he and Mrs. Kat have produced many shows over the years and the kids love Mr. Phil!
